Our last stop before leaving the national park that day was at the Shafer Canyon Overlook:

ReplyDeleteYou are right… This is a marvelous area.. We just HAVE to go there sometime. How long did you stay? Love the arches… (Who needs The Arches National Park???? ha)… Seems as if this area has the BEST of everything the west has to offer… Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteWonderful pictures! I noticed that road immediately, and I would not like to travel it at all. We rode the Tail of the Dragon last week, and I had to keep my head down part of the time even in our car. Whew.
