One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple. (Psalm 27:4)
Really beautiful, Linda!!! I hope you weren't too close to the geese because the two in the front...their necks are slightly curved, which is never a good thing. I like to see them relaxed. You have made my day with your lovely photos. I had a day filled with arthritis pain and this is just what I needed. Thank you!
Love the touch of fall color. The sights will change pretty quickly soon. The butterfly and geese look at peace there. If you like you can share your post on my photo meme. Link is below.
Thanks, Hilary. It's a great place for "mini-vacations."
Tex - You have a way with words. :)
Linda - Those two geese were just grazing, not paying any attention to us. We do see the aggressive behavior sometimes, but it's always directed at other geese. I hope you've gotten some relief from your arthritis pain. I know it can be miserable.
Mersad - Ah, yes. I, too, love the fall color. We're seeing more and more each day now.
Steve - I'm not sure I would have thought of photographing fungus if I hadn't seen it first on your blog. :)
Thanks, Margaret. It really was a nice walking trail.
Thank you, Ruth.
Thanks, Petra. That fence caught my eye, too...just as much as that little touch of fall color.
Betsy - I totally understand about life getting in the way. No need for apologies. Your visits and kind words are always appreciated.
